These Terms govern your access to and use of:

By accessing, browsing, registering for, purchasing, enrolling in, or otherwise using any Study Cube Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Study Cube platform and services.

Study Cube operates as an educational technology platform that connects learners with structured educational experiences through live instruction, digital learning resources, career-oriented programmes, and collaborative learning ecosystems.

The services provided by Study Cube may evolve over time as new technologies, products, educational programmes, partnerships, and platform capabilities are introduced. These Terms apply to all current and future services unless expressly stated otherwise.

Nothing contained on the Platform shall be interpreted as creating an employment relationship, agency, partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship between Study Cube and any User, Trainer, organisation, or third party.

By using any Study Cube Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are at least the minimum age required under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction or are using the Platform under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• All information you provide to Study Cube is accurate, complete, and current.
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
• You will not use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorised purpose.

If you are using Study Cube on behalf of an organisation, educational institution, employer, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. In such cases, references to “you” include both the individual user and the represented organisation.

Continued use of the Platform following any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Account means the registered user profile created to access the Study Cube Platform.

AI Services means any artificial intelligence-powered tools, assistants, recommendations, content generation features, or learning support services provided through the Platform.

Certificate means any certificate, badge, credential, or proof of completion issued by Study Cube upon successful fulfilment of applicable course or programme requirements.

Content means all text, graphics, videos, audio, software, code, images, documents, course materials, quizzes, assessments, and other materials available on the Platform.

Course means any educational programme, workshop, bootcamp, certification programme, webinar, or learning experience offered through Study Cube.

Learner means any individual who accesses or participates in educational services provided through Study Cube.

NovaHub means any physical or hybrid learning centre, partner location, or community learning space designated by Study Cube for educational activities.

Platform means the Study Cube website, applications, systems, dashboards, digital services, and associated technologies operated by GeniusCube INC.

Services means all educational, technological, support, community, and related services offered by Study Cube.

Trainer means an approved instructor, mentor, facilitator, educator, coach, guest speaker, or subject matter expert authorised to provide educational content through the Platform.

User means any individual or organisation accessing or using the Platform, including visitors, learners, trainers, partners, or administrators.

User Content means any content submitted, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available by Users, including assignments, projects, comments, reviews, discussion posts, feedback, and other contributions.

5.1 General Eligibility

To access or use the Study Cube Platform, you must satisfy the eligibility requirements set forth in these Terms. By creating an Account or using any Study Cube Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.
• Use the Platform solely for lawful educational and professional purposes.

Study Cube reserves the right to refuse access to the Platform where required by law or where a User fails to satisfy these eligibility requirements.

5.2 Minimum Age Requirements

Unless otherwise permitted by applicable law:

• Users must be at least 18 years of age to independently create and manage a Study Cube Account.
• Individuals under 18 years of age may use the Platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.

5.3 Restricted Users

Failure to complete verification may result in limited access, suspension, or denial of certain Services.

6.4 One Account Per User

Unless expressly authorised by Study Cube:

• Each User may maintain only one personal Account.
• Creating multiple Accounts to bypass restrictions, obtain additional promotional benefits, or otherwise misuse the Platform is prohibited.

Study Cube reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently remove duplicate Accounts.

7.1 User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any authentication methods used to access your Account.

You agree to:

• Keep your password confidential.

• Not share your Account with any other individual.
• Log out of shared or public devices after each session.

7.2 Responsibility for Account Activity

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your Account unless you promptly notify Study Cube of unauthorised use.

Study Cube may assume that actions performed through your authenticated Account were authorised by you.

7.3 Unauthorised Access

If you believe your Account has been compromised, you must immediately:

• Change your password.
• Notify Study Cube through the official support channels.
• Cooperate with any investigation reasonably requested by Study Cube.

Study Cube may temporarily suspend access while investigating suspected security incidents.

7.4 Security Measures

To protect the integrity of the Platform, Study Cube may implement security measures including:

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Closure of an Account does not automatically entitle the User to any refund unless expressly provided under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8.2 Suspension by Study Cube

Study Cube may suspend or restrict access to an Account where it reasonably believes that:

• These Terms have been violated.
• Fraudulent activity has occurred.
• Payment obligations have not been fulfilled.
• False information has been provided.
• Platform security has been compromised.
• Harm has been caused or may reasonably be caused to other users, trainers, partners, or the Platform.

Suspension may be temporary or permanent depending on the nature of the violation.

8.3 Permanent Termination

Study Cube reserves the right to permanently terminate any Account for serious or repeated violations, including but not limited to:

• Academic dishonesty
• Copyright infringement
• Harassment or abusive conduct
• Distribution of malicious software
• Unauthorised recording or redistribution of learning materials
• Account sharing
• Fraudulent payment activity
• Criminal or unlawful conduct connected with the Platform

Termination may result in permanent loss of access to purchased content where permitted by applicable law.

8.4 Effect of Termination

Upon suspension or termination:

• Your right to access the affected Services immediately ceases.
• Outstanding payment obligations remain enforceable.
• Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, dispute resolution, indemnification, confidentiality, and other clauses intended to survive termination shall continue in effect.

9.1 Learner Registration

By enrolling in a Course or creating a Learner Account, you agree to participate responsibly and comply with these Terms, all applicable policies, and any course-specific requirements published by Study Cube.

Learners are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date throughout their use of the Platform.

9.2 Course Enrolment

Course enrolment is subject to:

• Successful registration on the Platform.
• Payment of applicable fees, where required.
• Satisfaction of any prerequisites or eligibility requirements.
• Availability of seats in the selected programme.
• Compliance with these Terms and all applicable Study Cube policies.

Study Cube reserves the right to decline or cancel an enrolment where eligibility requirements are not met, payment cannot be processed, or enrolment would violate these Terms.

9.3 Participation Requirements

Learners are expected to actively participate in their enrolled programmes.

9.5 Assessments and Assignments

Learners are expected to complete assessments honestly and independently unless collaborative work is expressly permitted.

Prohibited conduct includes:

Study Cube reserves the right to withhold, revoke, or invalidate certificates where fraud, academic misconduct, or misrepresentation is discovered.

Certificates issued by Study Cube recognise successful completion of the applicable programme and do not constitute professional licences, academic degrees, government-issued qualifications, or guarantees of employment.

9.7 Learner Responsibilities

Learners agree to:

• Respect instructors and fellow learners.
• Use the Platform for educational purposes only.
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
• Protect course materials from unauthorised distribution.
• Comply with all applicable laws.
• Report suspected security issues.
• Follow instructions provided by Study Cube and Trainers.
• Maintain professional conduct during all learning activities.

10.1 Trainer Eligibility

Individuals applying to teach through Study Cube may be required to undergo an evaluation process before being approved as Trainers.

Approval may be based on factors including:

• Subject matter expertise.
• Professional experience.
• Educational qualifications.
• Industry certifications.
• Teaching ability.
• Communication skills.
• Identity verification.
• Any additional criteria determined by Study Cube.

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.

10.2 Trainer Responsibilities

Approved Trainers agree to:

• Deliver accurate, relevant, and professional educational content.
• Maintain a respectful and inclusive learning environment.
• Prepare sessions in advance.
• Conduct classes professionally.
• Respond appropriately to learner questions.
• Maintain confidentiality where applicable.
• Comply with Study Cube policies.
• Respect intellectual property rights.
• Avoid discriminatory or inappropriate conduct.

10.3 Content Quality

Trainers are responsible for ensuring that educational materials they provide:

• Are accurate to the best of their knowledge.
• Do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
• Comply with applicable laws.
• Meet Study Cube’s quality expectations.
• Remain appropriate for the intended audience.

Study Cube may request updates, revisions, or removal of content that fails to meet quality or compliance standards.

10.4 Independent Status

Unless expressly agreed in writing, Trainers participate as independent service providers.

Nothing in these Terms creates:

• Employment.
• Partnership.
• Joint venture.
• Agency.
• Franchise.
• Employer-employee relationship.

Separate written agreements may govern commercial arrangements, compensation, taxation, or revenue sharing between Study Cube and individual Trainers.

10.5 Trainer Conduct

Trainers shall not:

• Harass learners.
• Share confidential learner information without authorisation.
• Deliver misleading or fraudulent educational content.
• Promote unlawful activities.
• Misrepresent qualifications or certifications.
• Accept unauthorised payments outside approved Study Cube processes where prohibited by Study Cube policies.

Violation of these requirements may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.

11.1 NovaHub Participation

NovaHub represents Study Cube’s physical or hybrid learning ecosystem, providing learners with collaborative spaces, instructor-led sessions, workshops, networking opportunities, and educational events.

Participation in NovaHub activities is subject to these Terms and any location-specific rules communicated by Study Cube or the authorised NovaHub operator.

11.2 Behaviour Standards

All participants must:

• Treat others with respect.
• Follow instructions provided by authorised personnel.
• Maintain appropriate professional behaviour.
• Respect shared learning spaces.
• Avoid disruptive conduct.
• Comply with safety requirements.
• Use facilities responsibly.

11.3 Safety

Participants must immediately report:

• Safety hazards.
• Accidents.
• Injuries.
• Property damage.
• Security concerns.
• Suspicious behaviour.

Study Cube may establish additional safety procedures for specific events or facilities.

11.4 Personal Property

Users remain solely responsible for their personal belongings while attending NovaHub locations or Study Cube events.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Study Cube is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property unless caused directly by its own negligence.

11.5 Facility Access

Study Cube or the relevant NovaHub operator may:

• Establish access rules.
• Limit attendance where capacity is reached.
• Require identification.
• Remove individuals who violate these Terms.
• Close facilities temporarily for maintenance, emergencies, or operational reasons.

11.6 Local Policies

Individual NovaHub locations may establish additional operational rules that do not conflict with these Terms.

By participating in activities at a NovaHub location, users agree to comply with those reasonable location-specific requirements.

12.1 Educational Services

Study Cube provides educational and professional learning services through various formats, including but not limited to:

• Live instructor-led classes
• Cohort-based learning programmes
• Self-paced learning modules
• Recorded video lessons
• Workshops and masterclasses
• Bootcamps
• Certification programmes
• Career development programmes
• Mentorship sessions
• AI-assisted learning experiences
• NovaHub learning activities
• Educational events and webinars
• Any future educational services introduced by Study Cube

The availability of specific services may vary by programme, location, or jurisdiction.

12.2 Course Information

Study Cube aims to ensure that course descriptions, schedules, learning outcomes, prerequisites, pricing, and related information are accurate at the time of publication.

However, Study Cube reserves the right to modify or update:

• Course content
• Learning materials
• Trainers
• Class schedules
• Delivery methods
• Programme duration
• Learning objectives
• Technology platforms
• Assessment methods

where such changes are reasonably necessary to improve educational quality, comply with legal requirements, address operational needs, or respond to unforeseen circumstances.

Where material changes significantly affect an enrolled programme, Study Cube will make reasonable efforts to notify affected learners.

12.3 Course Availability

All courses are subject to availability.

Study Cube reserves the right to:

• Limit enrolment.
• Establish waiting lists.
• Cancel programmes with insufficient enrolment.
• Modify delivery schedules.
• Combine learning batches where appropriate.

Enrolment is confirmed only after successful registration and, where applicable, receipt of payment.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all learning materials remain the intellectual property of Study Cube or the respective rights holder and are licensed solely for the learner’s personal, non-commercial educational use.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or otherwise exploit such materials without prior written permission.

12.5 Live Sessions

Participation in live classes may require users to:

• Join at the scheduled time.
• Maintain respectful conduct.
• Use appropriate audio and video settings where requested.
• Follow instructions provided by Trainers.
• Avoid disruptive behaviour.

Study Cube may remove participants from live sessions for conduct that materially disrupts the learning environment.

12.6 Recorded Sessions

Recorded content:

• May be restricted to enrolled learners.
• Must not be copied, downloaded (unless expressly permitted), redistributed, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without written authorisation.

Study Cube reserves the right to remove or replace recordings at its discretion.

13.1 Course Fees

Certain Study Cube Services require payment.

Applicable fees will be displayed prior to purchase and may include:

Users are encouraged to review that policy before making a purchase.

14.2 Cancellation by Users

Where permitted under the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy, users may request cancellation of eligible purchases by following the procedures specified by Study Cube.

14.3 Cancellation by Study Cube

• Legal or regulatory requirements.

• A refund in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

14.4 No Guaranteed Refund

Except where required by applicable law or expressly provided in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, payments made to Study Cube are non-refundable.

15.1 Certificate Eligibility

Study Cube may issue certificates, badges, digital credentials, or other forms of recognition for eligible programmes.

Eligibility requirements may include:

• Successful completion of required learning activities.
• Attendance requirements.
• Assessments.
• Assignments.
• Practical evaluations.
• Payment of applicable programme fees.
• Compliance with these Terms.

15.2 Verification

Study Cube may maintain systems enabling verification of certificates issued through the Platform.

Verification methods may evolve over time and may include digital verification technologies.

15.3 Revocation

Study Cube reserves the right to revoke, suspend, invalidate, or refuse to issue any certificate where it reasonably determines that:

• Fraud occurred.
• Academic misconduct occurred.
• False information was provided.
• Completion requirements were not genuinely satisfied.
• The certificate was issued in error.

15.4 No Employment Guarantee

Certificates issued by Study Cube demonstrate successful completion of the applicable programme only.

They do not:

• Guarantee employment.
• Guarantee internships.
• Guarantee interviews.
• Guarantee promotions.
• Guarantee salary increases.
• Constitute government-issued qualifications.
• Replace formal academic degrees or professional licences unless expressly stated.

Users remain responsible for their own career decisions and professional development.

16.1 Ownership of the Platform

The Study Cube Platform, including all software, technology, design, functionality, user interfaces, features, content, branding, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to GeniusCube INC, doing business as Study Cube, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform remain the exclusive property of GeniusCube INC and its licensors.

16.2 Study Cube Intellectual Property

The following, whether registered or unregistered, are the intellectual property of Study Cube or its licensors:

• Study Cube name and branding
• Logos and trademarks
• Website design and user interface
• Platform architecture
• Software and source code
• Mobile applications
• Educational course materials
• Videos and recorded sessions
• Presentations
• Documents and downloadable resources
• Quizzes and assessments
• Learning pathways
• AI-powered features
• Graphics, illustrations, icons, and visual assets
• Databases and data compilations
• Marketing materials
• Documentation
• Any future products, services, or technologies developed by Study Cube

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to Users.

16.3 Limited Licence

Subject to compliance with these Terms, Study Cube grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal educational or authorised professional purposes.

This licence does not grant Users any ownership rights in the Platform or its content.

16.4 Restrictions

Unless expressly authorised in writing by Study Cube, Users shall not:

• Copy, reproduce, or duplicate Platform content.
• Record live sessions.
• Redistribute learning materials.
• Sell Study Cube content.
• Publish Study Cube resources.
• Modify educational materials.
• Reverse engineer Platform software.
• Create derivative works.
• Remove copyright notices.
• Use Study Cube intellectual property for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorised use constitutes a violation of these Terms and applicable intellectual property laws.

16.5 Trainer Content

Where Trainers contribute original educational content, ownership of that content remains subject to the applicable agreement between the Trainer and Study Cube.

By providing content through the Platform, Trainers grant Study Cube the rights necessary to host, display, distribute, record, reproduce, and deliver such content as part of the Services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

16.6 Feedback

If you submit ideas, suggestions, recommendations, or feedback relating to the Platform or Services, you grant Study Cube a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use, modify, implement, and incorporate such feedback without compensation or attribution.

17.1 Ownership of User Content

Users retain ownership of the original content they create and submit through the Platform, including assignments, projects, portfolios, comments, reviews, and other lawful contributions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts located in Texas, United States, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
