Refund Policy
When payments to Study Cube can be refunded, how cancellations, transfers, rescheduling and programme changes are handled, and how to raise a payment issue. This Refund & Cancellation Policy is issued by GeniusCube INC, doing business as Study Cube.

1. Introduction
Welcome to Study Cube.
Study Cube (“Study Cube”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a learning platform owned and operated by GeniusCube INC, a company doing business as (DBA) Study Cube.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the rules governing refunds, cancellations, withdrawals, transfers, payment disputes, and related matters for all Study Cube Services.
By purchasing or enrolling in any Study Cube programme, course, workshop, bootcamp, certification, NovaHub activity, event, or any other paid Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy, together with the Study Cube Terms & Conditions.

Study Cube provides instructor-led learning experiences, professional development programmes, AI-assisted educational tools, certifications, NovaHub learning centres, workshops, webinars, and related educational services.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid Services offered under the Study Cube brand unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.

3. Scope of this Policy
This Policy applies to payments made for, including but not limited to:
- Live cohort-based programmes.
- Online courses.
- Instructor-led training.
- Bootcamps.
- Workshops.
- Certification programmes.
- NovaHub learning experiences.
- Corporate training programmes.
- Webinars.
- Events.
- Mentorship programmes.
- Learning subscriptions (if introduced).
- Digital educational resources offered for purchase.
- Any other paid Study Cube Services.
Where a programme or service has separate written refund terms, those terms will apply in addition to this Policy.
4. General Refund Policy
Study Cube invests significant resources in preparing and delivering educational programmes, including reserving trainer time, learning infrastructure, technology, facilities, and educational materials.
Accordingly, all purchases made through the Study Cube Platform are generally considered final.
Users are encouraged to carefully review programme descriptions, schedules, eligibility requirements, pricing, and other relevant information before completing a purchase.
5. No Refund Policy
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Study Cube or required by applicable law, all payments made to Study Cube are final and non-refundable.
This No Refund Policy applies regardless of, including but not limited to:
- Failure to attend a class or programme.
- Failure to complete a course.
- Scheduling conflicts.
- Change of personal circumstances.
- Change of employment.
- Relocation.
- Lack of internet access or suitable equipment.
- Dissatisfaction arising from a User’s failure to participate in learning activities.
- Failure to achieve a desired educational or career outcome.
- Partial use of a programme or Service.
- Voluntary withdrawal from a programme.
No credits, partial refunds, or cash refunds will be issued except where expressly approved by Study Cube or required by applicable law.
6. User Responsibility Before Purchase
Before purchasing any Study Cube Service, Users are responsible for ensuring that they:
- Understand the programme description.
- Meet any stated eligibility requirements.
- Review the course schedule and time commitments.
- Have access to the required technology and internet connection.
- Understand the applicable fees and payment obligations.
- Review this Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Terms & Conditions.
Completion of a purchase constitutes confirmation that the User has accepted these responsibilities.
7. Programme Cancellations by Study Cube
While Study Cube makes every reasonable effort to deliver all scheduled Services as advertised, there may be circumstances in which a programme, course, workshop, certification, event, or other Service must be cancelled, postponed, or modified.
Study Cube reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or discontinue any Service at its sole discretion where reasonably necessary.
Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
- Insufficient enrolment.
- Trainer or instructor unavailability.
- Technical failures affecting delivery.
- Venue or NovaHub availability issues.
- Health, safety, or security concerns.
- Compliance with legal or regulatory requirements.
- Force majeure events.
- Operational or business requirements.
7.1 Options Available
Where Study Cube cancels a programme before it begins, we may, at our sole discretion, offer one or more of the following remedies:
- Transfer the User to the next available batch of the same programme.
- Transfer the User to a substantially similar programme of equivalent value.
- Issue Study Cube credit for future enrolments.
- Provide a refund where Study Cube determines it is appropriate or where required by applicable law.
The remedy offered will depend on the circumstances of the cancellation and applicable legal requirements.
7.2 Partial Programme Interruptions
If a programme has already commenced and is interrupted due to circumstances beyond Study Cube’s reasonable control, Study Cube may, where reasonably practicable:
- Resume the programme at a later date.
- Extend the programme schedule.
- Provide replacement sessions.
- Offer equivalent educational content through an alternative delivery method.
- Provide another reasonable solution at Study Cube’s discretion.
8. User Cancellations and Withdrawals
8.1 Voluntary Cancellation
If a User voluntarily cancels their enrolment after completing payment, the cancellation does not entitle the User to a refund, credit, or reimbursement unless expressly approved by Study Cube in writing or required by applicable law.
8.2 Failure to Attend
Failure to attend scheduled classes, workshops, mentoring sessions, NovaHub activities, assessments, or any other educational Service does not create any entitlement to:
- A refund.
- A partial refund.
- A credit.
- A replacement session.
- A transfer to another programme.
unless expressly authorised by Study Cube.
8.3 Withdrawal After Programme Commencement
If a User withdraws after a programme has commenced, whether for personal, professional, medical, financial, or any other reason, all fees paid remain non-refundable.
Study Cube is under no obligation to provide replacement classes, credits, or refunds in such circumstances.
9. Transfers and Rescheduling
9.1 Transfer Requests
Study Cube may, at its sole discretion, permit a User to transfer their enrolment to another intake, batch, or programme.
Approval of transfer requests is not guaranteed and will depend upon factors including:
- Seat availability.
- Programme compatibility.
- Timing of the request.
- Administrative feasibility.
- Academic requirements.
- Any applicable transfer conditions established by Study Cube.
9.2 Administrative Charges
Where a transfer request is approved, Study Cube reserves the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee or require payment of any applicable price difference between programmes.
9.3 Rescheduling
Study Cube may reschedule classes or programme dates where reasonably necessary due to operational, academic, technical, or other legitimate reasons.
Where practicable, reasonable notice will be provided to affected Users.
10. Programme Changes
Study Cube continually improves its educational offerings and therefore reserves the right to make reasonable changes to its Services, including changes to:
- Course curriculum.
- Trainers or instructors.
- Learning materials.
- Delivery methods.
- Class schedules.
- Assessment methods.
- Programme duration.
- NovaHub locations.
- Technology platforms.
- Educational resources.
Such changes are made to maintain quality, improve learning outcomes, address operational requirements, or comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Reasonable programme changes do not entitle Users to a refund or cancellation.
11. Exceptional Circumstances
Study Cube understands that unforeseen events may affect a User’s ability to participate in a programme.
Users experiencing exceptional circumstances may contact Study Cube to explain their situation.
Examples may include:
- Serious medical emergencies.
- Natural disasters.
- Government travel restrictions.
- Military deployment.
- Other significant unforeseen events.
Study Cube may review such requests on a case-by-case basis.
Nothing in this section obligates Study Cube to provide a refund, credit, transfer, or any other accommodation unless required by applicable law or expressly approved in writing by Study Cube.
Any accommodation provided in one case does not create a precedent or obligation to provide the same accommodation in future cases.
12. Failed, Duplicate, and Incorrect Payments
12.1 Failed Payments
A User’s enrolment in a Study Cube programme is not confirmed until the applicable payment has been successfully processed and received by Study Cube.
If a payment fails, is declined, or is otherwise not successfully completed, Study Cube may:
- Decline or cancel the enrolment.
- Suspend access to the purchased Service.
- Request an alternative payment method.
- Contact the User to resolve the payment issue.
Study Cube is not responsible for delays or failures caused by banks, payment processors, card issuers, or other third-party financial institutions.
12.2 Duplicate Payments
If a User reasonably believes that the same payment has been processed more than once for the same Service due to a technical or processing error, the User should notify Study Cube as soon as reasonably practicable.
Where Study Cube verifies that a duplicate payment has been received, we may, at our discretion:
- Refund the duplicate amount to the original payment method, where feasible.
- Apply the duplicate amount as credit towards another eligible Study Cube Service.
- Provide another appropriate resolution.
12.3 Incorrect Payment Amounts
If an incorrect payment amount has been processed due to a verified technical error attributable to Study Cube, we will take reasonable steps to correct the issue, which may include:
- Refunding any verified overpayment.
- Collecting any verified underpayment where appropriate.
- Adjusting the User’s account records.
13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Users are encouraged to contact Study Cube before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider.
Many payment concerns can be resolved more efficiently through our support team.
Where a User initiates a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter directly with Study Cube, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend or restrict access to the affected Services while the dispute is under review.
- Request documentation supporting the User’s claim.
- Contest the chargeback where we reasonably believe the payment was valid and authorised.
- Recover any fees, costs, or losses incurred as a result of fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks, where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits any rights a User may have under applicable law to dispute unauthorised or fraudulent transactions.
14. Promotional Offers, Discounts, and Scholarships
From time to time, Study Cube may offer:
- Promotional pricing.
- Discount codes.
- Scholarships.
- Early-bird offers.
- Referral incentives.
- Corporate pricing.
- Special campaign offers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing:
- Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively after a purchase has been completed.
- Offers may not be combined unless expressly permitted.
- Promotional pricing does not alter the No Refund Policy set out in this Policy.
